Sus usos son como piecera o para abrigar la espalda y es una prenda milenaria de la cultura Aymara.

The Aymara culture is made up of approximately 3 million people, distributed between Peru, Bolivia and Chile. The Aymara people have a strong ethnic cohesion, which is based on the use of their own language and which has survived the onslaught of modernity through its ancient culture, traditions and art.
Blankets woven on a 4-stake loom, also making the weft with the Wichuña. The latter corresponds to a bone piece of the alpaca or llama, which is used to make the designs.
